This is dark, pigmented and might be great for some people. I like to use in waterline and find this transfers to lower waterline on me and leaks under the eye a bit. I do have this issue with all eyeliners though so might just be me. does glide on easily and pigmented

Actually waterproof!
Having tried a ridiculous amount of eyeliners claiming to be waterproof this one wins for me. Held up in the Spanish heat etc and didn’t get pandas eyes! I will re-buy this for sure!
